B1: Standing Cable Fly (4 Sets) - 10 Reps, 60 sec rest
C1: Press Machine - 10 Reps
C2: Cable Fly (Bench on slight incline) - 8-10 Reps
C3: Press Ups - Failure
3 Sets, 1-2 min rest ^^
