England fans raged at Alex Morgan after she celebrated scoring the goal that knocked the Lionesses out of the World Cup by miming the drinking of tea in front of supporters in Lyon (left). As English viewers branded her 'disrespectful' and hoped for a USA loss in the final, Americans took to social media to share their shame at the way their country was being represented on the world stage. One fan even said the player had lost the support of his household over her behaviour. Today ex-England and Arsenal women's captain Faye White (right) slammed the player, telling Good Morning Britain she longed to have been on the pitch last night to put Morgan in her place. 'I wish I was on the pitch to put in a tackle,' she said.
